We had our Laparascopy follow-up today with Dr. B and all went very well. He said my incisions are healing up nicely and the stitches will dissolve on their own. I was under the assumption that he was taking them out today, but I guess that was just made up from the drugs I took:)
He showed me pictures from the LAP and where the Endometriosis had grown- yuck! Jill said it looked like mold-- nice visual huh? I have to agree that it was pretty yucky, so I am very glad he got rid of that nasty stuff! I hope this takes care of our TTC obstacles and clears our way to getting the BFP of our dreams!!!!!!
Dr. B. really is a great doctor and he aways takes time to just talk to his patients. He always ends the conversation asking if we have any other questions to make sure we totally understand what is going on. Of course, he also throws in some jokes about Kentucky- he gets a kick out of that since they live in Indiana and we are from Kentucky:) We really enjoy him and are so glad that God lead us to him.
As we were heading out the door Dr. B went on to ask if we were ready for one..... or two? We all smiled and he told us he had a lady with triplets deliver today so he probably won't have another one of those for about six months- whew! I know we could handle one, but boy would it be hard with more than one. However, when you go down the fertility road using medicines, ultrasounds, trigger shots, etc... it is a thought that you have to consider. Jill and I have discussed multiples and know that God will bless us and He knows our strengths and weaknesses-- so it is in His hands!
We just hope and pray to have one healthy little miracle in our lives soon-- our Baby Bug!
