12 YEARS!!

Yup that is right ladies- Jill and I have been together for 12 years! Of course that is when we met and our relationship began to be more than just friends. It was a crazy journey because we were so young and in the closet. We met in Catholic Schools in a small town in Kentucky so we had to be sure this was it before we decided to go public. There was a lot of lying and denying to family and friends and going on "dates" with guys to please the family BUT in our hearts we were together and just playing the role of good daughter for our families. I won't spell out the whole story because I already did that--if you want to check it out it was one of my first posts.

So now here we are 12 years later and loving each other more than we ever thought possible! She is my everything- my partner, my lover, my best friend, my rock, my world! We really do compliment each other- where she is weak I am strong, and where I am weak she is strong. I know she is my soul mate and the one I will love for the rest of my life. It took us a long time to really be comfortable in our own skin, but we are there and are loving life and all the dreams we are making a reality together.

We went to get a couple's massage this afternoon after work and it was marvelous! We were in the same room and it was warm, had peaceful relaxing music on, candles burning, mmmmmm.... It was awesome! My aching legs really needed it! Jill said she liked the butt massage the best- ha!ha! She would probably slap me for telling you guys that! BUT it's too funny:) We also worked on Braden's room! It is really coming together. I can't wait to show you gals pics of the finished product!! Soon I promise:)
