We are back from our Nashville trip and we got good and not so good results. The bad news is that one of his kidneys is only functioning at 10%. However, you only need one kidney to live and his other kidney is doing well. The specialist said that he is doing good and would need to come back in four months just to make sure that all is still doing well. Then we have to come back in a year for monitoring if the four month visit goes well. We realize there are lots of people that live a long life with only one kidney and are hoping that is the case for our little man. AND if he needs to have surgery down the road then I will give him one of my kidneys:) So please continue to send lots of prayers for our little man and thanks for the prayers and well wishes you have sent our way!! I'll close with some pictures of his first big trip:)

We are so glad that it was good news about the one kidney, sorry about the other one at 10% though.
More prayers coming his way to increase the one and keep the other one strong. Mammie and Granny Jo will see him soon with some carrots,peaches,and more:-))

I'm sorry you didn't get news as good as you were hoping for, but I'm glad that Braden's other kidney is working fine. I will keep your family in my prayers and hope that everything continues to go well for you.
I am very glad to hear his one kidney is doing well. I am sure this has all been hard, but your attitude is super. You have a beautiful baby boy!
