Jill and I have both started our new school year. Jill is pretty settled and is enjoying her year so far. She is coaching girls middle school soccer this year, so that is keeping her pretty busy. I've had a pretty good start to the year, still getting settled and really busy! The a/c is out in my classroom so we are HOT!!!! Hopefully it will be fixed within the next few days- or we will have to have heat breaks in the cafeteria freezers:) I think it is worse because the humidity has been awful! Braden is doing really well getting back into the school schedule. Sometimes mornings are tough because he doesn't have our full attention like he did when he woke up over the summer. I'm sure he will get into the swing of things pretty soon though. He has been SOOO independent lately. One thing he likes to do is walk out of daycare on his own AND carry his little backpack. It is so darn cute- but man he looks like a big boy!!! He is going to be in Jill's brother's wedding this weekend. We got him a little tux that is ADORABLE on! I will definitely post pics of the little ring bearer:) For now, enjoy the pics below of Mr. Independent at daycare:)

What a cutie patootie he is! I can't imagine trying to work with no a/c. That's inhumane! I hope it is fixed soon.
He is adorable. It must be the 'independence age,' G doesn't want help with ANYTHING anymore, even the things he really can't do yet by himself.
