Shake me up:)

I was shaken awake this morning- literally- we had an Earthquake! CRAZY! I haven't ever experienced an earthquake and it was pretty weird. I was fast asleep and the bed started shaking and I shot up and the house was shaking and rumbling- it was so surreal. I quickly went to the door since that is what I have always been taught and it was over (keep in mind this was all in a matter of about 30-40 seconds). Jill was alseep on the couch, due to my lovely snoring so I ran in there to her and she was looking outside thinking there was a tornado because of the loud rumbling. I told her it had to be an earthquake and we turned on the news and they verified it was a 5.6 on the richter(?) scale. Braden must have sensed it too because he was kicking all around:)

Bedrest update- I have been doing pretty good staying put, but luckily Jill will take me out driving and visiting as long as I put my feet up and relax wherever we go. We even went to Target to get some t-shirts for the hospital and she made me drive that little cart instead of walking around. I felt SO STUPID, but I gave in and listened to my sweetie! I've been pretty bored and have been trying to coax Braden out and I know he will come when he is ready, but I am definitely getting to the I AM READY stage:) Just a couple more weeks!!

Sorry I've been so absent.
I cannot believe you had an earthquake - so strange, but so glad nothing terrible happened. It could've brought on labor.

I SO wanted to get in one of those carts when I was pg with the twins, but I couldn't even go out to Target. I missed out. Enjoy the ride while you can - soon all the attention will be on that beautiful Baby boy.

Just checking in - you haven't blogged in a week and I wanted to make sure everything was good in your neck of the woods.
