Braden turned 8 weeks old yesterday!! Sometimes I still cannot believe that he is finally here- our precious little miracle!!! Braden is in the above picture with his Granny Jo- Mammie was not at home:( They are very special friends of ours that have seen us through lots of hard times and many good times. We have been so blessed to have their friendship and love, especially over the last two months with the birth of our son and all the rollercoaster ride that came after it! I don't know how we would have gotten through it all without your support and guidance!! We all love you Granny Jo and Mammie!!!! Mammie, I promise we will be back to get a picture with you too:)
As far as Braden goes, he has had a VERY rough week. He was really fussy and gassy and seemed to really hurt when he was having a bowel movement. So we called the pediatrician to see if we should switch formulas and they recommended switching to soy- yuck. We went to pick up some samples at the office and gave it a try. Well not only did it stink and tasted gross (yes I tried it) it also made him 10 times worse- yikes!!! He was crying all the time unless he was eating or sleeping- he would even cry in his sleep-- poor little fella! So we called the next day and let the nurse know what was going on and she recommended going to Sim*lac Sensitive. So now we are in heaven with our little guy:) He is so much happier and is pooping better too:) I'm sure he is glad about that! It is amazing how different and content he is now and that makes the mommas so happy too:)

Glad you figured it out.
It's great to havefreinds like that - ones who you know will be around forever.
So glad you figured out the bely aches. OG had to be on Alimentum (talk about gross!) for what seemed like forever - after soy and everything else didn't work - she spit everything up.
