Poor Baby

My precious little baby is having his first real illness! He has double ear infections, an eye cold, and the croup!!!! Can you believe it?!?!?! My cousin is a physicians assistant (lucky us) so she said we could bring him over for her to check out and she gave us the run down. She explained that the croup could have caused the extra fluid and infection to build up in his ears and the eye cold is a symptom of the ear infections-- so lucky us he has it all! On top of all of that he is running a low grade fever- POOR KID!!! Then it took FOREVER at Walgr*ens to fill his prescriptions- they should put a rush on it when there is a fussy sick baby waiting in the car!!! So luckily we have tomorrow off and I will more than likely have to take off on Tuesday as well. I just wish I could take all of the pain from him- I would do it in a heartbeat! We made it through the last cold, which was NOTHING compared to this, so please wish us luck tonight as we are inducted into motherhood with our first bad cold!!!

Neat little tidbit of info-- a year ago today my little man was just conceived and snuggling in the womb for his long journey in my belly!! WOW!! I can't believe it has been a year already!! Happy year conception Braden!!
